Biscayne Beach: Bringing the first beach club to Edgewater’s waterfront, while epitomizing bayside relaxation and city sophistication

Biscayne Beach is the first condominium to create a beach club in the city of Miami, placing this luxury high-rise on Edgewater’s premium waterfront. The project is a collaborative effort by GTIS Partners and affiliates of Eastview Development. Even the architecture and planning have been done in collaboration, with the award-winning Washer Hill Lipscomb Cabaniss (WHLC) joining hands with Coral Gables’ BC Architects AIA.
