U.S. Secret Service Building Sold in $30 Million Cash Deal

An office building that once housed the U.S. Secret Service recently sold for almost $30 million.
Purchased by a Phoenix-based company in an all-cash deal, the office building is situated on six acres southwest of Florida's Turnpike and encompasses almost 83,000 square feet of space.
