50th Condo Tower Breaks Ground in South Florida

South Florida recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the 50th new condo tower as part of the current prolific development boom.
The tower in question is situated east of Interstate 95 in the region where Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach intersect.
The new tower, SLS Hotel & Residences Brickell, is planned to stand at 52 stories in height and will boast 453 condos with an additional 132 hotel rooms. With the launch of the new tower, almost 7,100 new units will be under construction or recently completed in South Florida.
The current number of towers under construction still remains far less than during the last condo development boom to hit South Florida.
