Watch the Academy Awards. Examine the green room closely. That room is not just another green room. Yes, celebrities go backstage to relax, but it is more than that.
That astounding green room featured in the Academy Awards was designed by David Rockwell, interior designer of Related Group’s anticipated Brickell Heights. Rockwell, along with renowned actress Susan Sarandon, have been managing the artwork.
In honor of Rockwell’s work with the Oscars, the first group of renderings of his designs for the Arquitectonica project, Brickell Heights, have been revealed.
Brickell Heights is the Related Groups’s newest condominium project in the Brickell community. It is located on South Miami Avenue and 9th Street.
Brickell Heights will be a two tower project with 690 residential units on 49 floors with rooftop pools and about 100,000 square-feet of space for commercial use, which includes a 40,000 square-foot Equinox lifestyle fitness center, restaurants, and office space. Later updates will be released upon the discretion of the Brickell Heights project team.
