Miami Motorcycle Charter Moving to Wynwood

by Sep Niakan | March 25, 2014

As the Wynwood neighborhood evolves, many luxury retailers are taking notice. The neighborhood is no longer just an art scene, it is being recognized by other publics as well.

Ducati, the prominent Italian motorcycle brand, is planning to move its Miami dealership to the Wynwood Gateway Complex, located at Northwest 29th Street and Second Avenue project. Ducati is the first occupant of the project.

International corporations are attempting to relocate to the Wynwood area, such as Ducati, because of its development. In addition, other companies are trying to reach the location as well, such as Facebook and many restaurant chains.

Wynwood could be becoming increasingly popular due to the rent rising, and art galleries being forced to leave, leaving open space for new companies to relocate.

Wynwood has been well-known for its art galleries, graffiti walls, and amazing artistry, but will soon be known for more formal businesses as it evolves.
