The Chetrit Group plans on rivaling other megaprojects with their River Walk development, which is said to include millions of square-footage, along with other spaces.
Chetrit revealed plans for the first time, which include 2,000 units in four, 750-foot towers. The multi-phase project will become one of just a few projects that meet the size requirements for a Special Area Plan in the city's Miami 21 zoning code.
Other projects that meet this requirement include Brickell City Centre, Dacra's Design District project, and the River Landing at the Mahi Shrine.
The River Walk development includes four, 60-story towers, with about 1,800 residential units, and almost 400 hotel units. Spaces include 120,000 square-feet of office space, 180,000 square-feet of commercial space, plus unit space, totaling up to a whopping 4.2 million square-feet.
The project is being designed by Kobi Karp, the architect, and will include a Riverwalk park. More details and revisions will be revealed as time goes on.
