The structure also has a separate all-glass, two-story guest house with 132 feet of bayside frontage and a boat dock.
The lot, in its entirety, includes 16,700 square feet of land and was purchased by Fendi, a fashion designer and speedboat racer, for $5.52 million in early 2011 and is located at 1 East Dilido Drive in Biscayne Bay on the artificial Dilido Island. The buyer of the property is currently undisclosed.
