Melo Group Is Planning and Opening Over 2,000 Units in Miami within the Next Two Years

The Melo Group is continuing with their plans to start building their upcoming Aria On The Bay in 2015 after achieving their goal of $200 million in sales for the 647-unit tower.
Bay House, developed by Melo, has sold 97% of their 165 units that they have planned for the project. Contractors have recently topped off the building.
Melo Group completed the 171-unit 25 Mirage project in September. Within a few weeks after opening, they leased all of the units to future residents.
The developer also opened Flagler On The River, their 300-unit condo tower which was leased completely within a few short months after the topping off of the building, but still before it opened for business.
Melo plans on opening up an additional 2,000 units over the next two years.
