New Melo Group Tower Breaking Ground Near Arsht Center

by Sep Niakan | March 08, 2016

The Melo Group is about to begin upward construction on yet another massive apartment tower project in downtown Miami.

This new project that Melo is putting together is in response to the overwhelmingly positive feedback they have received from the Melody rental tower.

The new project, which has remained unnamed, will have 760 units and will be located on the corner of Northeast 14th Street and North Miami Avenue near the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Construction for the unnamed project will begin in June or July.

The Melo Group has decided to pre-lease the Melody, due to the many responses they have received. In fact, a mere ten days after the leasing began, 110 applications were submitted for the 500-unit project.
